You are literally talking about rinse and repeat and the definition of insanity you lunatic
Because that's all we've done, and that is what you're suggesting we do again. So either you don't know how to read, or are delusional in thinking that a top manager would come here mid-season because it happened at another club.

You're terrible at this.

Ok mate, let's leave it there xx

Can’t believe some blues are actually saying the result had nothing to do with Silva.

Another loss. One goal was a bad var decision but the rest lies with him.

get rid sooner the better. Worse than Sam

That’s the scary thing! I never wanted fat Sam near our club and still wouldn’t. But if he was still here now with this squad (although there’s no way he would of allowed us to not buy another CB) I think we would be at least 6th.

1. Where did I say it was the only option? Though you're fooling yourself if you think a top 6 manager is sitting by the phone waiting for the call to captain this sinking ship.
2. So because LC did and caught fire in a bottle, we can too?

I didn't even argue that. Nice straw man though.
Stay off for one day and I miss another strawman argument!!
Miss the footy specials from.the 70s and 80s coming back from places like Norwich or Chelsea when the strawmans were in full swing. Great days.

I don't think anyone is making this case. The case people are making is that a mid-season sack & replacement with another jabronie is just rinse-repeat-recycle the trajectory of the past 5 years. Google the definition of insanity.

People wonder why we don't make any progress. That tends to happen when you instill a culture of instability.

Yet Chelsea seem to have a lot of instability in the managerial front and are very successful.

Maybe it’s not the concept that is the problem, it’s the type of appointments we are making.

in his only defence I can think of, he does seem to be a tad unlucky with things going against him, but then again, do we want an unlucky manager in charge?

I do believe that we have a talented squad of players, when you look at them as individuals I see no reason why they should not be challenging for top six at least, but as a team we are brittle ,lacking in confidence and sometimes depending on which team is picked we look slow and unimaginative.

The counterpoint is that we do play well you can see the potential for a really good team.

Yes, we have been unlucky at times, but maybe you have to make your own luck.
I ask myself if Guardiola or Klopp had our players would we be in a better position and the answer is that I believe we would be chasing top four given the way this season is going.
I know we cannot get those managers but it tells me we don't have the right one either.
