I think the fact that Allegri and mou are sitting idle is adding more to the Silva out rumours . The question now isnt just is Silva good enough for this job . It now is , are there better managers available for free who can do the same job more efficiently . I dont think Silva has much time to prove he is the best man for this job . The next two matches will be crucial .

Last night was wretched game of football. It was appallingly bad on pretty much every level. Scrapping though like we did againt that awful Watford side only highlights how bad we are. Its not the result, its the manner of it. Silva is totally clueless, part of that match was as bad as anything I've ever watched at Goodison. There's no justifying this now, if Silva was BFS he'd be getting none stop abuse and he certainly wouldn't keep getting this pass by some of our fans.
....actually thought the decisions to start Holgate and substitute Kean were correct and brave. This was a big game and it was all about winning.
The Kean substitution was very unpopular, but he was offering very little and we didn’t look like getting in behind the full back. I’m critical of Silva, but fair play to him for getting that right.
