I want Silva gone. He was useless at Hull and Watford. Why did we go for him.
He persists with a losing formation and players.
He will sell off most of our youngsters without giving them a proper chance.
He drops players playing ok. And reinstates dross.
He cannot game manage a game. (Even Allardyce would have seen out some of our hapless performances with points). We would not have capitulated.
He inspires no one.
He is rubbish. He will take Everton down.

When we do win a football match. I get the impression it's more because our players decided to step up. And not really anything to do with Silva.
We win inspite of him.

We win. Then Silva changes everything.

We have weak fragile players. They need managed properly.
Silva has two bad runs per season. Then maybe(hopefully) one decent run. That's it. And it's not good enough.
I have no faith in him.

Beating a piss poor Watford side shouldn't give him more time. We can't win the league cup anyway, not with Silva.

Top 6 was more realistic this season but thanks to Marco that's sadly gone too. Just get him out before it's too late.

you can find excuses for the the other 20 losses this clown has delivered. He couldn’t beat Brighton, Sheffield, villa, Bournemouth or burnley with that squad of players.

beyond clueless and he’s getting a free ride based on one var decision.
I'm not excusing the other results, but in this particular game that decision did directly affect the game

The rats sacked Rodgers when they knew Klopp was available; even though he came closer than anyone to winning the league.

We need to sound out Allegri and Mourinho. We need a manager that has managed a club bigger than ours, that can deal with our expectations. I would be more confident in handing Mourinho £150m than anyone else, as long as the players he brought in were max age of 26.

Koeman, Allardyce & Martinez couldn't understand why we wanted success. Allardyce is on Talksport at every opportunity talking absolute trash saying "what did Evertonians expect, I got them to 8th". The Everton job wastoo big for those 3 and is much too big for Moyes, Eddie Howe, Marcelino etc.

If we cant get those 2, or even Rafael (shudders - just doesnt sit right with me), then we need to wait until the summer or a stellar manager becomes available.

I’m sorry but we are not Liverpool, we are Everton, neither of those managers are coming anywhere near us.

Great to get through and all but there's a reason the team was booed off at half-time. Let's hope the next few games show a bit more intensity.

Question is, if we'd not collapsed at Brighton due to a combination of VAR BS, inherent cowardice and a screw-up by the Gallic Baines, would the knives still be out for Silva - we would be a good few places higher.

The sideways passing and inability to break a side down is down to MS but can't shake the feeling some experienced players have failed to step up this season.
Its the way the team responded to the penalty that is important, not the bloody injustice.
More to the point, its the team not having a response to being walked over by Brigjton following the penalty.
Individuals can bust their guts in such a situation to no avail.
Moments lile these is when you really have to pull and think together as a team, to turn it around.
In that moment you need to know what to do together.
This gets down to Silva's lack of quality leadership and direction over a season and half.
Yes its about the players, but wjat leadership roles has he successfully fostered.
Other better managed teams would have responded differently.
The search continues for a manager who will instil a positive response from such decisions.
Everton is plagued by injustices and everton thats. Well it time to find a manager willing to pick up that bloody cross.
