I voted fire him, love his blind optimism and the fact he gives youth a chance, he has many qualitys I like and admire, he did give us a record points haul and for me is an improvement on Moyes (just about). If we actuallu merge the two methods together I think we would be in a better place.
But I've reservations about a man that has Tim Howard in goals, and more importantly says results don't matter only performances. I'm sorry that's just a load of Bull, results are the only thing that matters in football and for the squad we supposedly?? have I think we are underachieving.
But I'll put a disclaimer on it my vote for now, I don't think we are far away. He will just need to swallow his pride on a few aspects of our play.
