Honestly, you don't pay their wages, either. Sky Sports does. You might be paying the groundskeepers' wages.

Yep, this self entitlement of the modern day "fan" is almost a parody these days. The club is there to support or not support, not to criticise it's every step. Shop elsewhere, or ride the good with the bad. Hell, there's been over 100 years of bad in our history, you'd think we'd be used to it.

40+ years. Man and boy. I have the mental scars as proof. I'm a one shop guy.

soz abaar me like.

tbh, I get as many comps as I pay for. I'd be surprised if I was paying anybody's dosh.
Same. Well, these days, but I'm superstitious that the one's I didn't pay for- we lost. So have knocked it on the head. Leicester was the last freebie. God damn that was a horrid game.

I get what he's saying to an extent, even if he's gone around it the wrong way. I haven't been to as many games as I'd like in the past 2 years, working weekends puts paid to that, but after every game whether we'd won, drew or lost I'd have a headache from having to listen to a load of vitriol aimed at the players the entire game. The United game this season was the final straw for me as I did something I never dreamt I'd do, I snapped back at fellow blues as I was that fed up of having them yelling down my ear every five minutes, almost resulting in me having my head kicked in for doing so. I pay my money to enjoy a game of football for 2 hours and now I just think its not worth the money anymore to put up with people like that

The pressure has clearly got to the guy though which is a sad sight to see, the pieces are in place for a great team and it just doesn't seem to want to click together at times. A lot of it stems, in my opinion anyway, from the fact that many of our fans just have never taken to Martinez from the get go and are using our current issues as their justification for being right. Don't ever recall, even after that dreadful 03/04 season, fans being so against Moyes as they have been with Martinez in a 3 season span

40 bills is 40 bills.

win lose or draw, if the comp is there...

did you go today?
did you pay?

phone your man...

Don't pick Howard and you immediately do away with the ironic chanting, the only booing that annoys me is the stuff directed at Barkley, think it's unjustified and it seems to have an effect on his performances. He is one of us Boo Howard Boo Martinez don't boo a very talented young player who hopefully he build around. I could handle losing Stones and Lukaku because at the end of the day they will GO. Ross leaving would kill me, Rooney all over again.
the old farts who want to see a midfield full of phil nevilles will drive him out

Easy for you to say on the other hemisphere. You can watch us play cack then head to bed, or pee off into summer weather once morning comes. Not trek home frozen to the core after paying $200 (me and the old man). You also don't have to suffer the sheer number of kopite bulbs.
Ah I miss NZ :(

Get a sense of humour and a grip, and leave the Abbos alone too, I know what you Cairns folk are like, rotten to the core.

A sense of humour after watching that in the early hours of the morning.....seriously!

The grip has also gone due to rheumatism, 8 points out of thirty I believe you should be able to voice your opinions, and this if from someone who had to watch Geoff Nulty in a blue shirt, this is a deflection from the manager away from his piss poor performance and refusal to take accountability for his actions, in any other club the door would have been shown.

Living in Cairns would make anyone rotten to the core you know with barrier reef and the rainforest an all, not a patch on Croxteth Park where I used to live.....
