I don't think the second best team in the world would need a manager at all to qualify from that group, genuinely. Look at Marc Wilmots, he's an utter charlatan and they've qualified at a canter for the last two tournaments. Qualification is a waste of time for the top teams.

That was said about Holland and their Euro16 qualifying group. They had (at that time rank outsiders in world football) Iceland, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Latvia and Czech republic. They came fourth.
