I dont know why. It cant be based solely on competitive games as Belgium have won all three they played handsomely.

They play Holland next month in a friendly. Beating them will no doubt shift them up the rankings again...if friendlies are included.

You get more points for winning games against higher ranked opposition than you do for games against lower ranked opposition I think. So they will hardly have got anything for tanning Cyprus and Gibraltar.
