100% agree. Also you can gauge a little bit from interviews. If you listen to Demarai Gray for example, he sounds completely laid back. When he gets the ball, the first thing he usually does is stop it and slow play down.
Not an exact science, but he is an example of seemingly not playing the game like it matters and it feels like that Is just because of his personality.
First thing Dyche did when he came in was a personality test for all of the players. Maybe we are now seeing the players move on who aren't a good 'team' fit....

I mean how do you know he's not doing that? Because of a training video of players training?
I don't like him as a player but there's a lot of stuff we, as fans, have no way of seeing.
The footage we see of players is probably no more than 5% of the time they are in training, yet people use that 5% to make an assumption about a players life and attitude. We must have some of the best psychologists in the world as fans.

Gutted when he didn't join the squad in Switzerland due to an injury and not due to negotiations with other clubs. Him and Maupay should be joint first out of the doors this summer. Actually quite disgraceful we haven't been able to offload anybody yet despite having surely known for years that certain players will not make the grade here.
