Oozes class does Mason, like a Stones that had been taught how to defend. They produce some quality kids that Barnsley.
Thought he was our best player today, my mate who's a Barnsley fan said he's better than Stones when we signed him. Safe to say he's right, gonna cost City 60 mil at least.

Who said you can't play the ball out from the back and actually defend as well? Starting to make Stones look very ordinary. Showing as much promise at an earlier age.

In our current set-up I'd be looking to swap Funes-Mori for a better option at LCB as first choice before changing Mason, you can see the kid knows how to defend but also has enough going forward.

Absolutely brilliant, for his age wow!
Yeah he's been very impressive, in his own way I think he's done as well as Davies. I'd have no qualms about playing him at centre back in a four. However he looks very good in a three and I'm very impressed with how well he gets forward in that role. He's developing very nicely.
