an I-O-U, a signed photo of Bill or Denise (buyers choice), and a crisp high-five from Speedo Mick. The price blew us no money. All we can offer is a I owe U.
I think the fact we have sold our best player and top goal scorer from last season means that without adequate replacement/replacements we would face an extremely testing season. It seems to me that we have a very small transfer budget and are trying to negotiate deferred payment terms. Cornet is going to be the type of signing we can make, and it seems we can’t afford him at the moment.
Townsend and Gray’s goals kept us up last season. They are good squad players. Their contribution was massively better than say Gomes or JJK. We need 25 or 26/players who can contribute, it’s even more important with the five subs rule.
With a bit of luck, England's backup No9 might get into double figures this season!!!... (in goals would be nice, but let's start with games not out injured for and go from there).I think the fact we have sold our best player and top goal scorer from last season means that without adequate replacement/replacements we would face an extremely testing season.
I agree, but we are stuck. We have a minuscule transfer budget.I think the fact we have sold our best player and top goal scorer from last season means that without adequate replacement/replacements we would face an extremely testing season.
The only club who try to purchase a player on hire purchase....... lol after wasting millions & millions on past it players who no one now wants ....We don’t have a pot to urinate in and everybody knows it and this will take many years to turnaround
While all the time our naughty neighbour, City, Chelsea etc will have gotten so far ahead that contesting the 7th place trophy will be our wet dreamI agree, but we are stuck. We have a minuscule transfer budget.
That's that licked then .......if he signs .....Everton agree terms with Maxwel Cornet, offering fee including add-ons to Burnley
Everton have agreed personal terms with Maxwel Cornet ahead of a move to Goodison Park, but they’re yet to agree a fee with Burnley according to Fraser Fletcher.
The Toffees are keen to wrap up the signing of the Ivory Coast international and are set to pay his £17.5m release clause [Foot Mercato, July 15] following Burnley’s relegation to the Championship last season.
yeah, but on the other hand, think of all the ice cream jokes...It's just amazing, we put out an XI yesterday with zero players capable of passing the ball and we're going to spend the precious little we do have on another player who can't pass.
He might be decent despite that, Richarlison obviously was, but just silly that we seem determined to not fix this problem.
That don't even make sense to me in the US. I have enough awareness to piece it together but not a single one has been funny.yeah, but on the other hand, think of all the ice cream jokes...
