Transfer Rumour M'baye Niang

I think he looks a quick and powerful winger, a bit raw and unpredictable and would be a good signing from the clips.

For 15-20m though, I'd rather we went and bought Iheonacho from City! Could get both though the way we're goin

Reading comments from Milan fans and Watford fans there does not seem to be many with a nice word to say about this chap. He looks clumsy to me. Though in fairness so does Rom
You look at our 2 signings from yesterday Pickford - young one of the best talents in the league delighted to be here. Klassen - Ajax captain, but wants to test himself in the premier league. Both, young hungry players wanting to do well at Everton.
My point is walsh on the Everton show a couple of months ago, said first and foremost one of the main ingredients he looks for in a player is the right character. Niang - judging by reports isn't the type of character that's 'fits' in with the model Walsh expects of a player.

I'm guessing he will be one of today's signings. Not sure on him, but if he puts the past behind him and grafts he could come good.

And the way we're spraying cash atm I don't really care anyway

Madness people thought koeman wasn't a fan of youth ... he's actually all for it !!

Am unsure of this signing .. i mean he has his high points ( skill / power / pace ) but also he looked poor and half arsed at times for watford

i'll trust the gaffa/walsh on this one

Jordan Pickford for example?

A good example of different contrasts.

Pickford will regularly be tested due to the weakness of the team.

Niang plays In a roll which requires more than him turning up.

I think it's be a good signing for us, and I'm not entirely sure why everyone is fuming tbh.

I like a bit of a maverick and he is certainly that.

A wing forward who can play on the flank all day for me, no way is he a central striker. Big unit and is a bit of a hulk power wise, he hs some really obvious skill.

The lad looks a very good player, but he needs his brains coached out of him. Raw but effective talents if you can harness all his attributes and talents for good consistently he could be a top top player but he badly needs developing. One example is his touch is god awful for someone with his technique and he relies far to much on his pace and needs to develop his close control, its often the case with fast players.

Milan was a poor poor move for him, in the drama and the transient nature of Italian football squads and managers, he was never going to develop and hasnt had consistnet coaching after being at Milan through different managers, Genoa and Watford.

I like this punt and have an inkling he will develop in the right nurturing coaching environment.

He reminds me a bit on Mane.
