Media relishing Everton’s demise

Reading some articles over the last few days I get the impression that the football meadow fraternity are really hoping for our relegation.

I knew there lots of kopites infesting the media but this seems much more than usual almost belittling the club.

Question what have we ever done to get this much hostility?

I think the simple fact is that our fans generally don’t take things lying down and try to fight our corner with decisions that go against us or just the schedule of games that the PL impose on us as a club or as fans trying to make trips to the south midweek etc.

I have noticed that Lampard has started to do the same since he came in too as I have said for ages that our club is weak and doesn’t stick up for itself enough.

All that combined with the fact they are trying to justify decisions that made the title race more interesting means that they have launched at us this week in a way that you don’t often see.

I am done reading some of these idiots who get paid to write very nice articles in terms of their flowery language but actually contain little to no analysis of the game itself.

Absolutely nothing like this happened as a result of Suarez, Mane or Salah's constant diving, and we all know why. But to lump on Everton at the first opportunity and make out like Richarlison is a pioneer for cheating is making me a bit sick.

Add that to Stephen effing Warnock constantly targetting Pickford for no aparent reason. The red media love it is disgusting enough as it is but it's sunk to new depths now.
