Not so sure. Ronaldo got kicked to death during his season at Barca and I'm sure that contributed heavily to his injury problems later in his career.

Compared to the likes of the Premiership, I wouldn't be as concerned about him being targeted physically to the extent of damaging his career. He'll get the odd kick, but provided he looks after himself (Did Ronaldo at Barca???), he should be sound.
If the likes of Osman, Lennon, Pienaar and Wright-Phillips can hack it then I'm sure Messi can.
I'd back him to be even better here to be honest.
Theres no doubt he could. Arguably the worlds best player.
He would be targeted more physically here than he is in La Liga though, in my opinion. So any concerns on that score would be higher if he left La Liga.
I'd be amazed if he left Barca. The team is perfectly suited to him and his style of play. It wouldn't surprise me if he stayed for his entire career along with the likes of Xavi and Iniesta.
Good point about Torres who looks a far better player since he moved to the prem.
And what happened against Atletico? They couldn't win a match against them.
Top 4 aside, what ability do the rest of the english clubs have to face opponents like Villareall, Atletico Madrid, Valencia or Sevilla?
I think that's a bit moot since they just beat Real Madrid 5-0.
It just proves football is erratic.
Just like the ****e beat manure 4-1 at OT... Are the ****e the top team in England?
Far from it, but as we all know too well they've got two players that, if the other team doesn't perform, can turn over anyone.
What are you on, do you even watch football? Madrid are at least in their title race, Liverpool have nothing but the UCL to fight for.
Yeah it is a massive difference you pleb, two results compared to three away from winning the title.
Never mind that Liverpool have to beat Manchester bloody United at Old Trafford.
Geez, anyone can run a footy forum these days.
