I haven't had as knotted shoulder in a while either, which brings the worst headaches. I've still got them but they're very mild currently, it's a relief for a bit.

Do shoulder exercises ,I suffer with neck pains and that helps me .Chuffed to hear you are feeling better ,let's hope it is the meds working and not a short term thing ,in fact we on here are not going to let it and that is that .Stay strong that man.COYB

Good evening friends. How's things?. Had another IT disaster this morning. Logged on, all I could see was a black screen and a cursor. Checked all the connections, checked the home Internet.All working. Eventually rang our IT depth who told me I needed to do a forced restart. This involved holding the on/off button down for 30 seconds. Did that. All was well. How come I never knew about such a simple solution? I'll answer my own question- I'm old and an IT eejit!
In other news, we've been invited to a 21st birthday party on Saturday- the daughter of a friend. In the village hall, a short walk away. Should be good.
Have decided to go to Liverpool the first weekend in March. Just trying to find a reasonably priced place to stay. The Aigburth Travelodge is £125 for the night! That's shocking.

The weekend of the 4th March ? Think that’s the RS vs Man U you’ll be paying premium prices because of all the travelling fans unfortunately

Morning all. I've just come on here to talk about Therese Coffey. Apart from being a truly awful woman, she appears to have no grip on reality. I'm very much looking forward to my cheese and turnip sandwich for lunch.... (why am I suddenly thinking of Baldrick )
It pains me that she's from Liverpool.
However she's a Kopite so that could explain a lot!

I thought there might be something going on. It's usually expensive on Saturdays anyway but the prices seemed to be higher than usual.
