Welcome back Wayne
I haven't done anything different, the meds got increased to 350mg, maybe that's the right dosage at last. All I know is I feel like a black fog has lifted, it's been a while.
Excellent, really pleased for you….

It's weird, my body is barely hurting, my headaches are as minimal as I've had in 9years and my thinking is clear and positive. Been 3years since I felt like this, dare I say, normal.
Great to hear mate, good that you are feeling better long may it continueCheers Pete

Sorry to hear that T. Whatever the underlying reasons, it's never a pleasant thing when families fall out.Morning guys, I have an appointment with the shrink soon and then off to visit my sister.
She's having a tough time due to having to deal with my dad who is getting dementia , my mother died on boxing day. Don't feel sorry for her, they are part of the reason I am the way I am and I cut them off years ago.
However as me and my brother just don't want anything to do with him it is left on her shoulders and it's making her ill and so I said I'd help, for her not him. Not sure what we can do though really. I said she's lucky as I'm feeling good at the minute, so I offered assistance and she's very grateful.
Enjoy monday everyone.
Cheers Freddo. I think my sister just wanted support really and someone to vent too that understands the situation. She and my niece are making phonecalls today.Sorry to hear that T. Whatever the underlying reasons, it's never a pleasant thing when families fall out.
Make sure you get whatever you're entitled to as regards caring and financial support, both for your dad and your sister. Raise it in the mental health thread. There'll be people in there who have been through it and will know what to do. Your sister may already have it all boxed off but my experience with mine and Cal's parents are that social services don't always tell you everything you need to know.
How long have you been seeing a counsellor for? Do you think it is helping.?
