Hello folks. I'm feeling very proud of my culinary skills tonight. I bought some bratwurst sausages from Lidl - which were white ( very strange looking but went brown on cooking) and decided that I would try to make authentic German currywurst. It wasn't hard to do but it turned out pretty good. I did have to improvise when the recipe asked for ketchup which I didn't have - a tin of tomato soup seemed to work.

Still waiting for mine. Spanish style chichen with chorizo. Sweet potato taking longer than normal to soften tonight for some reason but at least the chicken will fall off the bone when done. Starving now and a bit pissed too.

San Miguel. Out of the bottle. I'll have a good Malbec with the meal though.
Only had 3 bottles of SM but on an empty stomach so a touch light headed.
You are in summer mood with the San Miguel mate.
Have you ever tried Hop House 13? A nice alternative for a warm evening I find.

I have but not for a long time. Not seen it down here. Proper Job is similar but that's a pale ale. Similar taste though as Hop House wasn't your normal lager.

City winning this game is good as it increases the chances of them dropping a clanger at Goodison.
