Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

I loved what we called glam rock and liked both groups. But Roxy Music and Bowie were my faves, probably followed by T Rex. Also liked Mott the Hoople, Wizard and Cockney Rebel.

They were dismissed by most heavy/prog rockers but not me. Always had a very eclectic taste.
I liked Sweet best and then Slade. Never cared much for T Rex.Cock ey Rebel were good too. I don't think I had outgrown my Donny Osmond phase at that time.

I like RM but similarly detest Ferry. If he was chocolate he'd eat himself.
Mrs J is even more visceral.after going to a gig. He showed up 30 mins late , did 20 mins , didn't interact and just walked off.
I have huge dilemmas regarding Ferry/Roxy Music. Fox hunting Tory tw@t. However some of his/ their 80s albums were absolutely quality and I love the music.

Same - my first album was Mott and my first concert was Wizzard. Always Bowie for me tho
