It was lovely meeting you. I don't think talking was ever going to be an issue for either of usMorning all, bit flat this morning, it’s the last day of our break. Got off to a good start, decided to press my T-shirt, didn’t realise the iron provided was still full of water from the previous user - result one soaking wet T-shirt and ironing board.
Still buzzing after meeting @anjelikaferrett. I admit I was a bit apprehensive, would she like me etc? It was like being in one of those shows where adopted people meet birth relatives for the first time. Of course I needn’t have worried, she is lovely and I wished it could have been for longer. Conversation was never going to be a problem though- I can talk for England
Have a good day, all.
So sweetNora likes a slurp
Lovely. So good that you met and got on - but I knew you would.Morning all, bit flat this morning, it’s the last day of our break. Do you recall the time when Harry met Sally?Lovely. So good that you met and got on - but I knew you would.
So Fred's met me and Blue .
You've met Anj .
Any other meetings that I don't recall ?
But did you get pissed ?It was lovely meeting you. I don't think talking was ever going to be an issue for either of us
Mum's 96 and it's taken some time but even she has stopped calling black people "coloured".Afternoon all, not long back from kennels after a delightful morning with a 10 month old puppy having lots of cuddles and play time - so cute. It’s lovely to hear about people meeting up on here and getting on so well. Gives me faith in human nature which this week has been tested a bit. Son’s sold his house which is great but I couldn’t believe it when he told me that his neighbours who are a couple in their 60s and have been really nice with him over the past two years, said to him (brace yourself) We hope you’ve not sold it to any blacks or other foreigners!!!!!
I was absolutely disgusted and shocked. I just don’t know what to say….
Me and Fred are both from Speke, we have quite a few mutual friends, drank in the same pubs so we probably crossed paths back in the day, I knew his brother and his mates as we where roughly the same age,Lovely. So good that you met and got on - but I knew you would.

Not a proper meeting unless you did - me and Fred did lol
Our bus stopped outside the local chippy the other day and there were three lads sitting outside on a picinic bench. They all had light brown skin. Two women who must have been in their 70’s sitting behind me remarked “Well there’s three good reasons not to go in there!”. I was seething.Afternoon all, not long back from kennels after a delightful morning with a 10 month old puppy having lots of cuddles and play time - so cute.
