Framed photo of me and Carsley in my house. Absolute Gentleman. You'll enjoy it mate. Carsley has them playing with a freedom and you can see the Pep/ City influence. Helps when you have good footballers of course.
Nobody said he was perfect AT lolFramed photo of me and Carsley in my house. Absolute Gentleman.
His fundraising for Downs Syndrome charities in Liverpool is the mark of the man.
Big GAA fan.
Indeed I am.Nobody said he was perfect AT lol
You on the Guinness mate?
We did Rugby, football, cricket in turn through the 3 terms at school. I’ve been on many rugby trips/ tours over the years, including Canada and USA following Wales and at this time of year my Facebook has wonderful memories of the rugby World Cup , including 4 weeks in New Zealand 12 years ago and 4 weeks in Japan in 2019. And I’ve made some life long friends. So my weekend will be dominated by the RWC , wonderfulOh AT can't abide rugby - perhaps because I was forced to play it in school and we didn't play football.
I know the WC is on but I genuinely couldn't care less who wins.

Ah Laphroig , very good if you like a typical peaty , smokey Islay malt. On Sunday I’m doing a 10km trail race that a friend is organising down in Speyside , it finishes in the Cardhu Distillery which used to be a main part of Johnny Walker blend at one time, I think I’ll probabaly pass about a dozen distilleries on the way there! The G&T's went down whilst the sun was shining and we were outside .The best I can do is the wife's whisky that my daughter gifted her last week :-View attachment 231296
Yeah it’s a complex game to watch at times particularly in a large stadium with the action taking place down the other end. I don’t travel like I used to, but still enjoy it on Tv.Good for you BL.
For me it's the most boring stop start game ever

You need to keep better care of yourself Pete. Seriously. You can tell from your posting that you're taking on far too much.
I bet you've spent your whole working life prioritising and delegating. You need to start applying some of that to your private life mate or you'll end up ill yourself.
He is right @peteblue . I learned early days that no one cares for the carer. But if carer gets knackered, the cared for suffer. Does it feel selfish? No.
Whatever rocks your boat ,eat what you enjoy is the way to success as you lost so much weight doing exactly that . The food you cooked was great ,although the fish and chips I got firstly had chips and secondly weren't cooked by you .I still think of that steak and ale pie with great affection .Enjoy mate.
Just got the fish and chips without the chips in the oven. Who says I'm a creature of habit
