So sorry I was gone! Late Friday, things started moving fast on my job. They needed references asap as well as other documents. And they had made me an appt to show up 11:30am today, so I was scrambling trying to contact prior supervisors that I hadn't spoken to in 10 years! Good times! lol
Everything went well today! I have a tentative start date of 2 weeks from today.
I need to read through back posts, just wanted to give a quick "Hi" and update!

it's Tuesday so Mrs J off to the charity shop.
Carol tells me it's going to be pissing down all day so I guess it will be gym , looking after granny , sudoku and reading.
Something in the back of my head tells me that England play in the cricket WC today but honestly I can't be arsed with them.
My turn to cook tea tonight so I think it will be a spicy bean casserole.

Good morning all on this misty dismal autumnal day here in Finland .I hope all slept well and sleep a bit longer than @jazzy .I might have had a breakthrough with the Jag ,the previous owner had a wire there that I have finally found is not what it seems or should be .o I am optimistic again that I will sort it .Have a great day all COYB

Morning all, another bright day. We are going to a pre Christmas (another ploy to part you from your money) event with daughter and grandkids 3 & 4 this evening. It’s at a local garden centre which I usually avoid like the plague, not that I have anything against it but to get there involves going via a roundabout which frankly scares the life out of me! I would travel miles out of my way to avoid it, don’t think daughter, who will be driving will agree with me though. I’ll probably just keep my eyes closed. lol
