Well that simply can't be true Val because the maximum that clubs that finished 19th and 20th can possibly be entitled to is the bonus for finishing 1 place higher in the table, about £2m I think. The clubs that finished 18th is a different matter and that would likely bankrupt us. The Premier League have thrown us under a proverbial bus here. I'm not going to read anymore on it either and I'm not watching any news or sports related channels for the forseeable. I'm going to immerse myself in my music tonight and watch back to back videos of the band that may not be mentioned.

Yes that’s very sweet of them but I can’t quite get my head around why people adopt from abroad when our own rescues are bulging at the seams. But then any dog saved is a bonus

Sat in Wetherspoons in Falmouth trying to digest this. I don't think there's a single Evertonian that doesn't agree that we're an awfully run club and deserve punishment. It's just the severity I question. I believe we're the victim of politics and been made into scapegoats, and not for the first time. I guarantee no other team will ever receive such a punishment. We will not become tge benchmark.

The really worrying thing is that I read that the commission concluded that relegated teams from the last 2 seasons would be entitled to financial compensation. From whom???

Ive just done a quick skim through of the Commission document , We seem to be saying we’re guilty but “only“ by £7.9:mill , PL say £19.5 mill.

The interesting bit re your severity is that the PL suggested 6 point deduction for a breach plus 1point for every £5 mill over , that would mean 10 points. The Commission seemed to reject this , but guess what , they went for 10 points anyway!

“ Its mismanagement led to that threshold being exceeded by £19.5 million.
139. This was a serious breach that requires a significant penalty. The Commission considers that it should order an immediate deduction of 10 points.”

What memories. As you say, bittersweet. Ahh bath cubes. I seem to remember Yardley Lily of the Valley!

I remember going away for a weekend to this boutique B&B in Bowness. Cal booked it as always so I didn't know it had a Jaccuzi bath which I love. She also brought some expensive bubble bath with her. When we got there she said she'd run me a bath and poured about half a bottle of this stuff in, also turning the jaccuzi on to see how it worked. 5 minutes later I went to check on the bath and it was like a scene from Dr Who with soap suds literally all over the show lol

She just about managed to turn the taps and jaccuzi off, then we shut the bathroom door and buggered off out for a drink. You couldn't even begin to start to clean up as it was literally everywherelol

Rosie is from Bosnia.
Tintin , the good one , is from Bulgaria.

They are the first foreign dogs we've ever had and they are different to UK dogs. Skitty and takes ages to gain their trust and confidence.

However we adopted them from our rescue after they came to this country rather than repatriating them ourselves.

The commission judgment is a series of contractions
- we misled the commission / PL but weren't dishonest

- affected clubs like Burnley and Leicester can sue but our breach didn't confer a sporting advantage.

Morning everyone,

Well I've had this virus for a week now. Yes I feel.a but better but still nowhere near back to normal so it sounds like I did indeed get what @Val P had - she's such a generous girl!

The good news is that despite feeling ropey for a couple of days Mrs J hasn't got the dreaded lurgy.

Still not heard from @Terrarian - come on fella get in touch and let us know that you are ok.

I was intending to continue to report on what I've noticed since I stopped drinking but a bit pointless this week as I've felt so bad anyway.

Sorry guys, I meant to post. Been trying to support my sister with dad, he's got vascular dementia, it took for that diagnosis to come through for her to start getting somewhere as they were happy to pile him off on her despite her health conditions. She's really stressed and it's making her ill and his true personality is shining through, nasty and horrible man he is.

Just had a phone call saying my neighbour(the one who makes me xmas dinner) had died, I feel a bit bad as she tried ringing me a couple of times last few days and I didn't answer and I hope she didn't need help.

Anyway, I'm ok just fed up of being at home all the time but it is what it is.

You don’t have your sorrows to seek mate.

I’m glad to see you back on here lad, you were missed.
