Hi everybody. Its been very windy today but nowhere near as bad as other places. I haven't really done much lately. Went shopping on Wednesday to get Mr F some holiday clothes. We also managed to go to our favourite cafe for a full English breakfast. Absolutely awesome.
No plans for the weekend as such. I'm doing overtime tomorrow, Mr F is working for a few hours. We have made tentative plans to walk to Durham on Monday - it's about 4 miles and there's a really nice walk along the river. However it's very much weather dependent.
I think Everton will win tomorrow. There I've said it!

I had to google your tree .I had heard of the species I was impressed by the qualities the wood has and its uses .The special point was the growth rate ! They sometimes can harvest the timber in three years !! Here it is 30/50 for birch

Paulawena toimantosa . Incredible tree. Fast growing , dense hard wood with massive leaves.

Fontaines on at 5pm too. Have you listened to their new album yet? On my second listen now and it's a definite grower. I had high expectations and think it's going to meet them after a few more listens.

Also watched Kneecap Reading performance on IPLAYER last night. Not really my thing and got a bit bored after about 20 mins. But I reckon they'll be massive. My tip for BBC sound of 25.
