Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

I “usually “ have a good handle on any leg pain as it comes from my running and I’ve usually suffered it before or know the cause. For me it’s self inflicted so I bypass the Doctors and go to my favourite sports physio who then identifies what it is , the cause and the rehabilitation exercises I need to do. If your pain and discomfort persist it’s worth considering a physio.
Yeah this one feels like a calf strain but isn't because I can leg press my usual weight , squat etc.

Morning all, cloudless skies here and a lovely day forecast. Not much planned for today just see where the tide takes us, so to speak.
Safe journey and have a lovely holiday @anjelikaferrett.
Hope the new arrival hangs on for another couple of days, @Val P, they will get an extra year before starting school, downside is always a risk of starting back on your birthday which is happening to Harry this year.
Have a good day, all.💙

I said the same this morning- it seems to make a difference doesn’t it. I just hope it comes before Wednesday but there’s no movement yet x

Good morning all on this foggy day .I hope all are well and had a good night's sleep . I would love to send Maupay off with a tirade but knowing our luck the deal won't go through ,suffice to say I wish him no success at all just for his manner .
I ticked off another bucket list item yesterday in visiting a street food market ,I had Cambodian as the Venezualan looked too tex mex and the wife had a Japanese "pizza ".We were not impressed with either the pizza wasn't and the Cambodian tasted a bit like a sweet BBQ rib sauce ,we did enjoy the chat with the girls serving as we waited ,ask @Barnfred 55 !
May be we will see the sale of DCL today ,I really hope Kevin has a replacement sorted or the signs are not good .I like Dom as he seems a nice lad but we have to face the fact that he is not doing the job ,one good season of goals in how many ? If he goes to Newcastle I think Wilson will be makeweight and that will do me as he knows where the net is .
Have a great day all COYB
Don't think I was there was I mate? :)

Afternoon guys. Been a busy week for me with one thing or another. Organised an impromptu trip up to Liverpool and the Lakes for week after next. It's my nieces 30th birthday and then I'm going to see my sister and brother in law whilst he's still well enough to visit. Hotel prices in Ambleside are ridiculous as are the flights when you don't book in advance. Due to flight times I'm also having to book an overnight stay at Manchester airport before the return flight. Anyway needs must.

Also been to see Cal's mate Nicky this afternoon. She's retiring from the NT today after 30 years. We had cake in the cottage garden with a couple of other old workmates of Cal then Nicky and I had a pint at the Red Lion. A very pleasant afternoon. We've promised to keep in touch and are planning lunch for after my October trip up to Liverpool. Be back later with G&T Friday..

I got diagnosed with T2 also back in 2010. I did what you did but not as impressive- 3 stone down and I haven’t had anything other than normal test results since and not had to go on meds. I do think losing weight is the key. I pretty much eat what I want now with half an eye on a healthy diet but I love cake and chocolate too much 😂.
Try eating a kiwi fruit with the skin on for bowel issues.
Try eating kiwi fruit without squinting your eyes and pulling a face. :)

No mate, not as yet. Over the week I have gone down a Duke Special rabbit hole and listened to little else. Bought tickets to go see him in Belfast just before Christmas.
Not going to lie mate. Had to Google him. Post a couple of songs you think I may like.

There's been 3 albums released in the last week or so I've absolutely loved. Wunderhorse, Fontaines and a band called Magdalena Bay. The latter I'd never heard of was a recommendation from Coollino. Not normally my genre. Bit like Cocteau Twins with Vangelis on keys and Kylie on vocals. But sonically it pushed buttons I didn't know existed. Definitely worth a listen.
