Got this massive pine tree taken down yesterday, the sap was going all over the neighbors deck and the pine cones where a pain

That’s very considerate of you. My son’s neighbours have a huge tree which overhangs his drive and his car is always full of bird poo. As they are fairly new to the road he doesn’t want to say anything yet.

I saw them at Rotters night club, St John’s precinct used to be Romeo and Juliet’s (I think) I ended up dancing with a gang of skinheads who were mates of the support band

I saw UB40 too in Manchester in the early 80s but for the life of me I can’t remember the venue. Got a bit fed up of them when they went all poppy.

Hi guys. The hotel wifi is a bit sketchy but we are having a great time. Food lovely, beach good, five pools. I am however super excited about a trip we have booked next week. All certified as eco friendly and regulated by the local wildlife and conservation people.Cape Verde has a huge nesting site for loggerhead turtles and it is the breeding season. So, next week we are visiting the nesting site to watch the turtles come up the beach and lay their eggs. How cool is that?
I have no words for Everton yesterday. What on earth happened?

Well, for our Sunday meal tonight, we had the most magnificent piece of beef. My lad cooked it to perfection and as soon as I started carving I knew how good it would be. Absolutely gorgeous. Still enjoying the bottle of wine I had with it…..

Could be worse mate. In the international break I likely see Ireland get thumped by England. Football misery is incessant for me now
