Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Ah.

Fire set and will be ace. Chicken casserole ready to be popped in the range. Dragons Den and Apprentice later, bottle of Red on standby. Hopefully helped a Blue out on here tomorrow.

The only blot on the landscape is rice or mash with the stew?

Had worse days like.

Love to all. Xx
And to you mate. Good to see you're keeping your chin up. ;)

Enjoy your casserole. If it's something akin to coq au vin I'd plump for the mash mate, if it were me Roydo.

I'm having chicken ding tonight.

How about this then Blue

Everton plateaued from 1985 to 1987 and have been on a steady decline ever since.

Today they sold one of the best left backs in Europe and brought in a player considered surplus to requirements at Aston Villa. and a section of the fan base are hailing our manager as a genius.

This indeed is a new low for the club.

Is that good use of the word "plateaued"? lol
Sadly , yes

At least we've had the benefit and privilege of seeing that great 80s tea. Fred.
The younger supporters will have seen nothing but dross and mediocracy

Hope you are getting slowly to grips with it as well mate.

Went for a very long walk yesterday with a good mate. An often postponed one cos of weather, and we nattered and nattered, about all sorts. IE, not just Nik.

We bumped into a mate of his, and he introduced me as "My good mate Roydo" Not, "My good mate Roydo who has recently lost his partner", so we had a thoroughly normal natter, (football, rugby, golf, traffic).

Which was just fantastic. You know, or you will soon mate.

Has to be mate.

What’s the red? I currently have a Barefoot Merlot warming up for The Apprentice myself.

Just some Cabernet Sauv, nowt special, from Sainsburys. Gonna try and stay awake past half eight ffs, which is the time I went to bed last night. Woke up at 8.00 am today! (Obligatory 4.00 am pee notwithstanding).

See post re massive walk yesterday!

You must have needed that sleep alright!

I’m in a long routine of early to bed and walking around 6am before work and it works for me. The later nights at Christmas while good craic knocked me for 6.

Watching The Apprentice downstairs will be quite an achievement for me tonight ?
