Loved Suzi. Got detention for doing a whole Devil Gate Drive routine using my hockey stick as a guitar. The nuns were not impressed!
 

Good morning, friends.

Another snowy night and another day off since all schools have been closed for the day due to the snow and road conditions. Yesterday some of the snow melted on the roads but then the temperature dropped to -6 C so whatever melted has frozen again and some in form of black ice and driving over it can be very dangerous. So no gym again for me this morning, just when I was getting into my routine the weather ruins it. I’m going to do my workout here at home but it is not quite the same as I don’t have all the weight equipment but it is better than just being lazy again. I already had the weekend for that and after a couple of days I’m itching to do something. Later today im to help my daughter complete some school assignments so I’ll be busy with her for a while.

I still haven’t heard anything about the job and given the college has been closed because of the snow, it is going to be days if not weeks before I get invited for an interview. Moreover, we are expecting to have another snow storm on Friday so it seems January it’s not going to be a very productive month.

As I mentioned yesterday, I’m very happy to have seen Benitez go, even his goodbye statement was about him not being the one at fault ? But now after reading all the rumours of whom could potentially replace him, I’m fearful the Club is not going to get it right again but I hope I’m wrong. I really hope it is not Mourinho, he will be another toxic appointment and one I wouldn’t welcome.

Edit: oh my the number of polls and threads that have been posted regarding the new manager appointment is also getting out of control lol

Terrain, I hope your headache improves throughout the day. Have you ever tried acupressure to see if it helps you relieve some of your pain? There is lots of articles and YouTube videos to learn about them but here is a chart of the pressure points that help with headaches.

Have fun with Cal’s mates, Fred. Just make sure to keep yourself hydrated, that means drinking something else besides the alcohol, so you won’t be suffering too much with a hangover tomorrow.

I used to get acupuncture a lot off my old Dr but since he retired nobody else does it and I can't afford to go private.

I've just got a lot of damage caused by the discs wearing away and it is really hard to find positions to sit in that don't exacerbate it. My headaches all come from the same place, it's not like a generic headache if you know what I mean, it's caused by damage to my spine and nerves. It sucks.
