My local village shop is supplied by the same butcher that supplies Rick Stein's chain of restaurants. He does a special blend of sausage for him (unsurprisingly called Rick Stein's) that he also sells to the general public. Given how much Rick Stein charges for breakfasts in his establishments one has to assume that said sausages are indeed posh.

It is more difficult pushing the machine into position once connected. Hopefully you and Sammy have some muscle. Take the back off a washing machine, and you will be greeted by a massive slab of dead weight concrete. (stops it dancing into the garden on the spin cycle)

Evening all. Cream crackered after a tough gym session this morning and a pretty productive work day. Just came on and banged on a soup recipe in the Thermomix so just sitting back for ten minutes and enjoying the smell of that cooking.

Got my gym session booked in at 6:30am tomorrow because it’s my youngest’s birthday party at 10am and my eldest has a gaming tournament he needs dropping off at before then. Early night tonight!

Hope all are well. Had a skim through and saw some pictures of @Sassy Colombian ’s partially shaved cat?! @anjelikaferrett a little of what you fancy does you good; nobody would ever stick to a fitness plan long term if they weren’t allowed a treat here and there!

Yeah she is to be fair. She was the one that found out what was wrong with my old washing machine when I flooded the place out a few weeks ago.

Wooo hoo, it's Friday, I've just finished work, Liverpool trip tomorrow then another week to work before the Bilbao trip. @Sassy Colombian your kitty doesn't look sad, she looks absolutely furious with the cone of shame around her head. @larbert toffee glad you have tested negative and can go out, hope your wife is feeling better. @jazzy nice to hear Blue has been for a little walk out as well. Is he still visiting Granny for cuddles? @Barnfred 55 enjoy your kip - there's something lovely about an afternoon snooze. Mr F is currently snoring on the couch having finished work at 12.30 and had the hard task of going to the betting shop and finding his own way home. @Terrarian hope your headache has improved and @Methuselah hope all your hospital appointments go well.

The news is still very worrying and very sad. I've just been reading the story about the Ukranian border guards on Snake Island who told the Russian warship that demanded their surrender to go F*** itself. They were all killed. I also read the message from Everton's Mikolenko. Poor boy, he's 22, his parents are still in Ukraine. He must be worried sick.

I'm going to the gym in a few minutes. This has not been a good week. I was doing so well until I met my friends for lunch on Wednesday. There was cake, very rich, yummy delicious cheesecake. It all went downhill from there. I'm back on it today though but I know the upcoming weekend won't be good either so I'll just have to write this week off and move on.


Anyway off to don the Lycra, legwarmers and headband and pretend I'm Olivia Newton John! ? ? ? ? I wanna get physical. physical ?

Yep Blue still goes to see his Granny every day - it's the one thing that he gets excited about. She makes him a ham omelette every day ( free eggs from our chickens ) and hand feeds him - he loves it and her!

If she can make sure everything is fitted to the correct taps I can do the heavy work. I know how heavy it is as I started unpacking it earlier.
