Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Started looking for yoga classes in my area, found one not far £60p/m or £7 a session, I can't really afford that and the classes are all on zoom, may as well use youtube. I would rather be shown the techniques correctly before doing it on my own and not sure you can do that via zoom you need to be shown and helped really, bad technique can make you worse.

I don't drive either. I'll keep looking and hopefully find something. I have been wanting to get into meditation and Pilates for a long time but never done it, I find the process of meditation hard as I don't know how to calm my mind, not sure if that's part of my mental health issue but I'd imagine so. Everything costs money and I am poor unfortunately.
Just check out the videos on YouTube.

Despite being an experienced yoga practitioner I've just followed a video on yoga dealing with back pain and sciatica....really good.

This thread is great for lifting me after that rubbish earlier. Just watched a few Lizzy videos. I had forgotten how good Emerald is. Probably my favourite of theirs.

Going to watch Rory Gallagher' Million Miles Away now. Brilliant guitarist and singer
They wrote some fantastic ballads too. Sweet Marie was one of my faves.

I remember in my teens going out with a girl called Marie and I remember putting Sweet Marie on and turning off the lights convinced it would get her in the mood. Never worked sadly lol .

Give me a break guys I was 17 FFS lol

OK Rosie Report.

She was perfect on her 1st night.

She slept all night. After 5 minutes in her new basket she joined Tintin on the bed .

No mess , no crying.

This morning she is very playful and inquisitive and generally getting on Tintins nerves but that's what puppies do.

He will soon put her in her place! The only thing she hasn't adjusted to is stairs. We don't think she has ever seen them and has to be carried up and down them.

As I type Rosie is lying with her head on Tintins paws , so sweet.

Very cold today but promises to be be beautiful.

Back feels a bit better so after doing mum's weekly shopping I will do a gentle gym session.

Have a lovely day everyone.
The words "own", "worst" and "enemy" spring to mind.

Great to see Rosie is settling in well. ;)

Morning guys, feeling very dejected today, this bunch of players disgust me, no heart whatsoever.

I am on the edge right now, seriously considering knocking football on the head, I don't know about you lot but i don't find it enjoyable in the slightest and watching us is an actual chore.

The amount of games I turn off in disgust or avoid altogether is rising all the time, in an age where I have access to all our games I find myself watching less and less.

Lovely day here again, be a nice walk. Here is Daisy with some different pals lol

T if it get's to the stage where it affects you so much, just take a break from it. I could have watched the Newcastle game as I have amazon pirime but I didn't, and I switched off the Palace game once we went behind. I rarely go into the Everton forum on here of late.

Taking a break isn't the worst thing you can do mate. Stay posting in here though because otherwise we'd all worry about you.

Lovely walk over to and up the coast nearly 2 1/2hrs and my legs are shot. finding it harder and harder to do long distances, which is crap as in good weather I like being out with Daisy. Having pain around my hip and pelvis so going to see the Dr I think as I seem to be deteriorating ffs.
Mate. I'd be done in after two and a half hours walking too. You need to take it easy. Is there not a bus you can get to the coast?

I didn't bother with the Palace game as the way things are at present I will only engage if I have spare time, so not making time. First time I have felt like this in a while but as you say if something is leaving you feeling negative there are always positive things to do like walking Daisy. Everton will be there when you need her.

Hope Rosie had another good night, and continues adjusting to her new family and house, especially the stairs. Given your back aches you want to make sure to train her to do such task. Or you could end end up like Norville carrying big Scooby Doo along with another back ache ;)

I love Shaggy and Scooby. Probably my favourite cartoon characters. Them and the Penguns from the Madagascar films.

It's just football in general, I simply don't enjoy it anymore really. love Everton I wish we existed more than making up the numbers.

Yeah you know this is something I'm doing more often.

Bit sad but it coincides with a waning interest in the shower currently wearing our lovely blue shirts and football in general

Great topic...top 3 cartoon characters... .

1. Topcat
2. Mutley
3. Tom and Jerry ( I know they are 2 different characters but.....)

Honourable mention to
Scooby .

Can't stand
Road runner
Beep Beep.?

Big fan of Mutley too. "What do you want, a Mutley medal?" was oft heard in our household whenever I thought I'd done something good. Usually brought me straight down to earth?.
