April to October I'll venture in, provided it's a nice warm sunny day so you have the sun on your back when you get out. Once you're actually in and gotten over the initial shock it's very rejuvenating Jazz. Probably a similar mental stimulation that you get from yoga. I'd have thought you'd be well up for it.
 

Good afternoon amigos. Still have some catching up to do on this thread, but it is lovely seeing everyone’s pets pics and also all the other photos being shared here. I’m having a relaxing early afternoon. This morning I was busy with a gym visit, then went grocery shopping for my friend’s baby shower. I’m making a brunch and another one of her friends is putting together a mimosa bar so we shall have a nice celebration for her. I’m so glad there is not an Everton game this weekend or I would be missing it. Colombia brought some happiness this week for me as we won a very important game against Bolivia so there still is a slim chance that we could make it to the World Cup, if we win next Tuesday against Venezuela and Peru loses or draws against Paraguay ??

Here my pics to share. Both were taken this week. One is of a rainbow over my husband’s shop. The other one of the moon early one morning when I was arriving home from the gym.

God what a load of whimps :- the lowest I have been in is 2.6° and that was nearly a hole in my stomach .It is so common here to go through the ice .

Bit disappointed here I’ve been in Riyadh too long and looking forwards to getting home next Friday night …. Now my daughter “ she who must be obeyed “ got a letter from my consultant that they want to see me for a biopsy on Tuesday next week …. I suggested putting it off a few weeks …. Sheeesh I don’t know who taught my daughter those words but it looks like I’m staying with her for a few days in my way home
Lol don’t get me wrong I know it makes sense and with my continuing concern about my back it gives them a chance to have a proper look at what’s happening
But oh my the language ? it started with you stupid old man and progressively declined to the ground floor
