Are you positive about that Goat?
Wonder if United may try to partner him and Maguire...

Wow.Id like Zouma to return, however there are other centre backs who could be improved under Silva with more ability and potential.
Defences dont need to have pace if they play well together as a unit.
However, if we are playing a high line and theres a ball over the top, would you be more comfortable with a player slow on the turn (Keane) or a much more athetic player chasing down the ball before an opposition forward?
Ideally you want two physical beasts with fantastic positioning and communication skills able to work as a unit.
And we conceded how many against the top 6 since the turn of this year ?Wow.
Watch Keane against the movement and pace of the top 6 this season and come back with the quote about defences not needing pace.
Ps. You do realise that Englands games, other than in the later stages of a Euros or World Cup are of way lower standard than an average Prem game, and a million miles from a game v the top 6.
Zouma was good for us because of Keane? I’d honestly never see that in a hundred years.Yeah but our Zouma, Chelsea's Zouma, what have we got they haven't got ? Michael Keane.
This is what some just refuse to see, he was good for us because of Keane. Have no doubt Silva knew this, since Keane was the only one of the three he didnt bench.
I’d stick to my guns if I were you Tommy.Hope I'm getting my "Bents" right, but Darren said Keane lucky to get the nod on Saturday and reckoned Joe Gomez should have played.
For the record, I also am one of those having to eat a large slice of humble pie and adjust my less than favourable opinion of him.
I know, but Keane was the king pin, people dont want to accept it because Keane's form under Big Sam made an impression on them, and they cant work past it.Zouma was good for us because of Keane? I’d honestly never see that in a hundred years.
Kinda like how Keane really struggled against the top 6 last year? Pace in CB isn't that important, anticipation and positioning much more important. Could definitely use a quicker, more agile center back that can play a ball as a complement to the current trio. If someone offered crazy money for Keane, but it would have to be big money. English premium, too.Wow.

Thing is everyone is for sale these days in football, all the top.clubs sell top.players when the offer is good.Kinda like how Keane really struggled against the top 6 last year? We never do it the right way round.Thing is everyone is for sale these days in football, all the top.clubs sell top.players when the offer is good.
For me I would trust Brands if we sold Keane for 55 to be able to replace him for less. Thing is though, we would need that replacement in first.
I would as well. Think one of the big six might get nervous and pay more, but in the summer, that might do it.Thing is everyone is for sale these days in football, all the top.clubs sell top.players when the offer is good.
