If that was the case then they wouldn't be playing football professionally...
Ive simply pointed out players...some whove been sold for huge money (and also some whove flopped) who could be purchased at reasonable fees a decent amount of time before going for larger amounts.
Clearly players like Lozano, Kluivert, Torreira and Kessie (who I wanted again 18months ago) are well known now...but we'd still do well to sign them.
Any time a young player is suggested you always pop in a "suggested him 18 months ago" lol just a bizarre timescale

I have to disagree. He didnt turn him he just jogged past him like he wasnt there. I m pushing sixty and i tell you right now i could go passed him. All the coaching in the world wont change that. I was screaming for maguire for months. That boat has sailed. Koeman has a lot to answer for. He s put us back 2 years imo.

it was Jan 2017 or just before when I picked out a few players last who've just recently come good after big moves...like Sanchez for example.
I think Brands will be an interesting creature as at PSV his signings didn't really take off until his 2nd season...so will be interesting to see who he signs...
Crucially needs to sell heaps.

Garbage, get shut.
Not even an exaggeration or anything, but he's one of the first names on the list for players I'd get shut of this Summer. See if we can make any sort of money back on him.

Unless he has some sort of miraculous turnaround probably the worst signing in our history when you consider we paid 30m for him with 1 yr left on his contract. Madness
