Seeing the dismissal of Michael Laudrup opens that door hopefully. He would be an ideal player for us in the summer as he can play either as a number 9 or number 10. With him being Spanish no doubt that connection with Roberto will help. I would think he'll want out as Laudrup was the man who took him to Swansea.

I think things have gone stale for him over at Swansea.. think he would really suit our style of play now and (cliche) RM would really get the best out of him

He could be very good for us but Swansea were talking of wanting £30m for him not so long ago. If he was to be our first-choice striker then £15m is perhaps reasonable. I don't think that Huw Jenkins would let him go cheaply enough for him to be a squad man for us.

I think he's class when he's fit and has just been unlucky with injuries this season, I'd take him for sure.

Given his age I wouldn't want to pay a fortune but I do believe he is our type of player. 20 Premier League goals in 47 appearances is a good return and he scores all types of goals.
