Arsenal fans kicking off on BBC Sport. Some say for Gawd's sake give the man a chance, others are saying how far they have fallen for such a big club to take someone with no experience whatsoever.

I think hes a very bad choice for Arsenal and glad we didnt get him [as long as ours doesnt go wrong last minute], so many Arsenal fans dont want him and already Arteta out stuff etc on Twitter and elsewhere lol

It's a big risk with a first time manager. He may come out as excellent, but coaching individual players to managing tactics, player egos, squad building, etc are all a massive difference from focusing on the daily tasks.

I don’t have time to go through 27 previous pages for this, but has anyone else asked this?

is it weird that he has such an affinity to Arsenal? When he left he was already declining at Everton, but played all his good football here, yet doesn’t really hold us in the best regard?

I know not all exblues have to love us, but considering he loved it here, and we loved him, he basically snakes on us immediately and everything.

strange one?

He's a Judas. It's like being linked with Nick Barmby.
Kenwright sold him to pay the bills.

I don't think any of it was his doing, the deal was done long before deadline day.

Just last minute to make the cash vanish and get it to come from a transfer request so the fans didn't turn on bill
