minor things that make you fume

The snow has finally reached the south east. We've got about a centimetre, and the roads are clear. So naturally, everyone is panic-buying. I just got back from my local post office (which is inside a branch of Co-Op) and they have been stripped bare of bread, potatoes and bottled water by a dribbling horde of the great unwashed.

Trying to find a reputable used car dealer in London. Nearly all dealers have several utterly shocking reviews.

I went to see a car last night from a dealer that had 4.9/5 score on Autotrader, which surely must be full of fake reviews. It had done 4k miles over what was advertised, the service history wasn't full as the advert said and half of the stamps weren't there and looked like they'd been forged. Then when I saw the V5C it had tippex all over the new owner section.

Utter crooks.

It`ll be much cheaper and less hassle buying a car on or near the Peninsula next time your home ?

Not that much cheaper to be fair and a lot less choice. But my dad is on the case anyway. There's 2 dealers close to home which have excellent records when it comes to customer service.

I've finally found a good Golf that I like but apparently the 1.6 engine has loads of issues. Can't be bothered with an unreliable car.

Don`t touch the 1.6 petrol engine, the gear box is made of chocolate and the clutch can go even on new ones ( mega bucks ).

The 1.6 diesel is a much better car and not that difference performance wise.
