Got back late last from a week in the sun, obviously missed all the weather thankfully,my youngest lad (18) was off his work for a couple of days due to the weather, did he think the drive might have needed clearing with about a foot of snow on it?.... correct, I dragged him out of his pit this morning and spent an absolute backbreaking hour with him clearing the now hardened and packed snow, and now it's cleared it's just started snowing FFS.

Decided to have a bevvy Friday night and wasn’t even a big session . I’m still feeling completely goosed and in no state to even think of doing anything productive.

It wasn’t long ago a 3 day session was a weekly thing yet now 6 pints and a few shorts and I’m a mess 2 days later . May be time to call it a day .

My max is four pints now, for the same reasons mate - messes badly with your head the following day.

I won`t drink anything over 4% either.

Keep knocking one drink off, until you find a level that agrees with you the day after ?

i reckon my max now is probably 3-4 pints but the problem with that is on the 3rd pint i tend to ‘get the taste’ for it .
Defo going to give it a swerve for a while at the very least .

Folk who protect the parking spot outside their house with traffic cones. I'm sure it's illegal but with no police seen in the area for years everyone gets away with stuff like that. They park on pavements, red lines, yellow lines etc unchecked.

A mate of mine did this to a lass once whilst we were in the cloakroom queue at a club. Turned around only to see her very angry, boyfriend with shoulders the size of my head go straight for him. Still think he was a hero for blocking her though.
