minor things that make you fume

Was way too young to know squat about all that back then, just remember that bloke for some reason. Havnt watched it for years.

From the same era, we always watched the annual Horse of the Year show, (think thats what it was called), indoor show jumping basically, and some military thing where the Army and the Navy had a race to transport a cannon across the arena and then set it up.

Elf and safety have done for both I guess.
The Field Gun competition is still going, but not as big a deal as it was, don't think the lads blag it as a full time draft now ?

There was a pa announcer with a cut-glass voice making remarks like "top marks to Letitia from Lambourn, ha, ha, ha...."

Trying to explain to a customer at work that he can't buy £1600 worth of itunes cards to pay a fine he recieved via an email as its a very well known scam.
He's been well and truly convinced its genuine.

WTH that's insane, there needs to be better control on those scam emails/texts. Too many stories going round about people being conned, seen one earlier o the Echo Facebook about a couple being conned out of £400 by what they thought was a genuine call from Argos

Its very common thing that scam. It was only when I told him ' I bet you they are coming round to your house later to pick the cards up ! ' that the penny dropped.
'5 o clock they are coming round..'
He's now on his way to the police station.
