minor things that make you fume

- being in the presence of Asians when they eat - I am referring to the Chinese & south east Asians.

Before we go any further, I am not in the least bit racist. I have many Asian friends (Malaysians, Filipinos, Chinese, Vietnamese). It's because I have Asian friends that I am accustomed to their eating habits.

They eat like horses (most if not all). They don't chew their food with their mouths closed. They chomp away with the loudest possible noise. it's unfair on horses to lump them together, horses have far better table manners. Someone told me that the noise is a sign they are enjoying the food. I wish they would express their appreciation in other ways. It grates on me like fingernails down blackboard. It can be unbearable to eat with them.

I bought some expensive cable for my hifi. It came with a 10% off voucher for future orders. I've now decided to order some more. Can't find the voucher anywhere. I've spent 2 days looking for it. It's only worth six quid off ffs!

Sounds like my missus this. She's not Asian but she is from Swindon.

You're only having one every 6 mths - not a problem
In the hospital they might do 10 a day for those 6 mths

But you probably knew that
 

People who go abroad, learn a obscure custom, then show off by performing this at every opportunity. Close your mouth while eating you nonce your not in Hong Kong anymore, making ridiculous noise while eating a chippy tea. Apparently its a compliment to the chef, but the chefs huyton village 4 miles away
 
This is going to make me sound like a monster but there’s nothing more infuriating then being accused incorrectly of gaslighting somebody. Mrs Bluerob does it all the time in an argument. When a disagreement happens which is natural and people resort to those allegations it puts you in an impossible position. Accusing people of gas lighting them is a term that is so overused nowadays. People can have a different point of view, everyone will. We’ve all been shaped by completely different factors and life experiences. We all experience reality in our own way but to tell somebody that your side of something is gas lighting them is a complete misunderstanding of the term and it badly grinds my gears
