A text from the doctors saying "an appointment has been made for you for the 8th". Yes i bloody well know it has! Im the one who went in to make it! And...relax.

Jeez man, is it so awful that your doctor is merely confirming that the appointment was booked in correctly? Would you be crying about it if the text made you realise you'd accidentally chosen a bad day and needed to rebook?

Cyclists who deliberately cycle to the right of a perfectly good cycle lane! I've genuinely been stuck behind some lycra-clad div whilst he steadfastly refused to go in a lane made especially for him. Insane.

Cyclists. All cyclists, wearing helmets and lycra, gaining arrogance and courage by riding in a gang and pretending they're Chris Froome, and beleiving that every pedestrian is applauding them even though they're an asthmatic 20 stone and testing the very patience of the lycra they wear. Hate cyclists even when I'm on a bike myself.. I get a thrill on overtaking them on my old mountain bike though, without a helmet, and wearing jeans and a t shirt.
