I have seen, in person, a third of all of the Brewers' wins so far this year, and half their home wins.

Just a bit of Mets history there, ijjy. My anorak tendencies are hard to suppress. The answer, btw is Marv Throneberry. He could hit a little but was a new kind of horrible in the field with the first set of "expansion team" Mets in 1962. That Mets team was a sixties icon for "bad". The Mets were a national joke until they came out of nowhere to win the Series in 1969. I saw many of those players go through my hometown on their way through the minors (Seaver, Koosman, etc.)

Still buzzing over my Cubs coming back to win in 11 at Cincy last night. Extra innings wins are something we haven't seen much of in recent years. Rizzo is turning into an OBP legend this year, his OPS is over the moon. I remember how much he used to strike out when he came up and just smile a big smile when I see this. The heart of the team is under 25 and locked down until the 2021 season.
In Theo we trust. So far, so good. The wait was no fun at all.
