If there are multiple posts by one poster accusing multiple black players of being lazy and a pattern was devoloping then i could begin to understand fingers being pointed and questions asked about the poster but to be accused of being racist for labelling one black player as lazy doesn't really stick does it?
As we are all anonymous what if the poster calling the black players lazy is himself black?

As has been suggested by another user, could a black user call Schneiderlin lazy?

Naturally, as I'm 1/16th Korean, with Swedish ancestry, I'm not allowed to call anyone anything.

Kean's gonna make all these shouts look daft anyway when he knocks in a hat-trick against Spuds, you beauts!

Personally, I’ve been pleased with him.

It’s right, the lad desperately needs confidence from goals.
I think he’ll take off once he bags a couple in consecutive games.

I just hope Silva doesn’t destroy his confidence by playing him out of position like he did versus Watford.
It’s about taking the chances...

@ him you coward

Not seen anything from Moise Kean to warrant the 'lazy' label to be honest. When I've watched him, he's always appeared to be looking to get involved as much as possible.

Had Kean been bought by a club doing well, such as City or Liverpool, he no doubt would have been carried along on the confidence and euphoria their position generates and scored a few goals. As it is, he's come to a club that is struggling more than some seem to realise, and understandably things aren't going that well for the lad. Personally, I feel some patience is needed.

Of course, and there are multiple instances where that word has been used (in combination with other words) and the outcome is indisputably offensive - as we saw with Big Ron at the 1998 World Cup.

And in those cases i'll stand side by side with you all and say that's bang out of order and we need to put a stop to it. I just don't think that using that this is one of those cases. If i'm wrong, I don't know the guy ultimately so he could be a massive racist, I'll hold my hands up.

Context is absolutely everything. I think you need a fair bit more evidence to call someone a racist, other than someone calling a player lazy. Maybe that's just me. It's dangerous to the future of platforms like this too if people feel they can't freely express themselves.

I'm sure we'd all agree that a Footballer can be lazy, irrespective of their race, gender, culture or background. Yes?

Berbatov, Balotelli, Mido, Robinho and Taarabt are some of the laziest Footballers i've seen in the Premier League and, irrespective of their talent, few would argue otherwise.

Because, at one time or another, the word 'lazy' has been used by racists, it's still a commonly used adjective within the English language and the way it's been used here doesn't pertain to the players race, in my humble opinion.

If, as a mod, you deem otherwise and apply a ban for being racist, then that's within your power - I just disagree.
Context is indeed key.

However he gave us many reasons to ban him even before the racism question.

Yeah that would of been good for both kean and DCL. DCL seems to be coming on but to start slating Kean already is ridiculous. This kid will become the striker we want but can’t imagine it will be with us if we all get on his back which would be a crying shame

We boo the game. It’s what we do.

That and a team that is full of confidence to feed off while learning his trade. He said 7 goals in a season and we are 10 games in or whatever still time yet.
Yeah, i think his goal tally aim of 7 goals shows a bit maturity from him, even though we all want him to bag 50. I have faith in this kid, he‘s got all the tools, only needs to learn how to use them. looking at him, its very obvious why he’s touted as ‘the next big thing’.
