Be patient, Be quiet, Be strong and Be thankful.

Sounds internalised, so could be a sly dig at his critics that he remains confident in his ability, that his time will come.

Could even be interpreted at as a dig at Marco though for not playing him enough. “Just be quiet, this joker will be gone soon enough, I’m strong, if I speak i’m in trouble”.

Depends which way you look at it I suppose.

Getting a run in the team is the only way he will adapt and gain confidence, 15-20 minute cameos in a team that’s generally been struggling all season is not the way to do it, and the longer it goes on the worse it will get. Tell him he will start him every game for the next 5/6 then I’m sure we will see the player we hoped we had signed with at least a couple of goals under his belt.

That is exactly what I have maintained form way back.
