There's really nothing strange about a 19-year-old not getting in the team for a few weeks on the bounce, especially when the manager's job is on the line and the three players fighting for his place in the team have all scored in recent weeks.

That's his problem, nobody else's.

As soon as he shows he's better than DCL/ Tosun/ Richarlison (as a striker), he'll be in the team.

I'm not sure what message it sends if you start a striker with 0 goals to his name over DCL and Richarlison who both have 3 in the league and 5 in all comps.

And I'm not sure what good it does the club if you start a player who hasn't fully adjusted to the league when we're in the predicament we've been in/ are still in.

Think the fact that he was the only striker that we signed has built up what we expect of him this season.
Also, when you factor in our poor performances, it's not an ideal time for a kid to make a start in a new country.

Somethings not right or adding up. When you start with three defenders on the bench and no Kean there’s obviously an issue

If Silva thinks he can make him a winger I doubt he ever makes it here. He's shown no real sign of being able to consistently create chances in the minutes he has played in his career so far. We already have a winger that can score goals but is questionable creatively in Richarlison and we definitely don't need another. He needs to be played up top but so does Richarlison in the current system and now Tosun is getting minutes again. It's a tough spot.

I can see a similar situation to Davies coming up where he has to play him and then shines.

Thats the problem the manager literally stumbles across solutions rather than makes them.

The sheer amount of chopping and changing proves it.
