The lads 19, has just come over from a new country, was subject to awful racism in Italy, his character ripped to shreds by Sourness - the manager has treated the kid awfully despite a decent showing against Wolves when started from the off.
Whilst he hasnt been convincing DCL got much more of an opportunity than this lad has.

That's not bullying though. He hasn't played well with any of the opportunities given so far. You wouldn't play someone out of form and as you said in a new country just for the sake of it. Better he gets time to adjust to the pace and physicality of the league.
