I’m saying those players have put in performances on the same level as he has but they got games to try get some rhythm

And that's the thing mate, he should be judged after a run of games. He's getting a bit of game time here and there, yet some lads are expecting him to be instantly boss.

We have a quality, exciting player in Kean, and the lad deserves a fair crack of the whip, but for some reason Silva seems reluctant to give him the game time.

Maybe we could try playing him as a striker, not isolated 30 yards from anyone else, for a run of games before we through him in the bin

nah let’s launch him on the wing for the odd cameo and call him crap

disgusting management from Silva
Kean is not really an out and out striker though, he is more of a forward who can play anywhere in the front 3. For us to start him in the team then our wingers need to play more as inside forwards so they can be closer to him and i don't see Silva doing that. He seems to prefer having wingers sat on the touchline and Kean does'nt fit in that way. The whole thing is a bit of a farce at the moment.

he's not even played up front with Iwobi behind him...only Gylfi.

Suppose it might have been useful for the DoF to actually look at how his manager has always played and take that into account when signing players like. We can't just blame the manager for not changing his entire philosophy to accommodate a 19 year old who was bought for him.

Both of them say they have to agree on a player or the characteristics of a player. There's no way he's just getting handed players he has no idea about and told to get on with it. No manager in the world would agree to that.
