I know the area just behind the beach , Crosby end of Waterloo,
The houses have gone up massively the last few years , you could get one for about 250,000 about 3 years a go, looking at at least double that now , mostly higher.
Likes of freshfield is lovely, nice restaurants and bars , totally on another level to most places. In the city.
The area around Crosby village is really up and coming, nice housing, restaurants, lots of micro bars opening up.
Like it around there.
