I think the most sensible thing to do is to get on the dating apps, try and match with 100 from South Liverpool and 100 from North Liverpool. Wherever you get the most matches, move there.

The Hubs are now Central, Northern, Eastern and Western (no Southern) but policing in the city is now borderless. The old numbered boundaries are defunct.

Cops parade at the super hubs, but then go where needed. Hub One was mainly the old C Division, which was Walton and Lower Lane etc. - e.g. Kirkdale, Anfield.

Leeds Street was the boundary. Hub Four, which is now incorporated into Central, was the City (A Division) with Edge Hill, Farnworth Street and Wavertree (old D).

When they talked about Community Hub Four, it definitely was the City Centre included. Here was Hub Four:

If you are serious about coming down here rent first and make your own mind up.
At 24 you will want to be central I suppose , there are good local train and bus routes to a lot of areas .
Not sure of the rental market but would definitely rent first.
Seems to be a lot of southerners moving down here lately.
House prices are not bad.

Woolton and Mossley Hill have a couple of nice houses but you can say that of most parts if the city. In reality they just an extension of Speke and Garston.
