It's clear that Everton haven't anticipated Moyes going though, there shouldn't have been a list of 'possible' candidates by now, that should have been way before Moyes left.

Moyes has been here 11 years and was offered a job that has come up once in 26 years, and Man United could have probably had ANY manager they wanted so I don't really think it is fair to say this could have been anticipated. I believe if the Man United job had gone to someone else that Moyes would still be here.
