Pereira has no chance; do you honestly trust Bill Kenwright to pull off signing us the coach of FC Porto who've just won the Portuguese league? Absolutely zero chance of that happening, same with Bielsa, Jorge Jesus or the likes. Forget that.

So it then comes down to Martinez or an internal appointment, and I know which option I'd prefer.

I agree that Martinez would be good for us. Support him 100% if he's appointed.
But i am one of those who's had his head turned by Pereira. Still holding out, unfortunately!

I am so confused by it all I am not sure if I want Martinez or not.

I thought he would be a good option, then I didn't, then I did, then I didn't....now I just don't know.
