Its got to be Martinez for me. He has proved over a lot of seasons that he can adjust and that he can create a team that punches above its weight in the Premier League. He is level headed, calm, and intelligent and also has made some very good signings for a team who always has to sell their better players.

A lot of people mention Laudrup, but his record before Swansea wasn't that impressive as a manager. It was very average. With Swansea he has basically inherited a decent footballing team and added a few quality players. But he is no way proven enough to say that he will do anything special. Martinez I believe has done enough in his career to have a chance with better players and I think his prefeered 3-5-2 formation would fit us perfectly considering our players and he could take us to the next level.
