I watched the interview and read the wright up of the interview. I know what he said, you seem to have a problem with anyone who has a differing opinion to you. I can accept yours is different, maybe just agree to accept mine is different to yours

I can accept anyone's opinion, but you were saying that my comments were ironic when they plainly weren't, which isn't an opinion it's a matter of fact, so I was saying that was wrong - that's all.

Martinez wasnt my first choice, but we havent spoken to any of these candidates personally. Bill had no chance with some people. If he didn't pick who was there first choice hes been lying. Who's to know who exactly was interviewed and was Martinez was the best in Bills opinion then he doing the best for the club in his eyes. Certain people on here and other forums just hate the man and will twist at whatever he does.

It has been pretty widely reported though, not just in a few dodgy redtops.

Aye I agree, the more widely something is reported you are bound to think there is something in it. Maybe they all just copy each others' ballacks though in case they are missing a scoop.

I hope we did interview Vitor as it happens, and probably wish it was him we were getting, we will never know though, as it is likely to be in neither the club's nor the candidate's interest to reveal what went on.

To be specific, which I wasn't, this part was ironic: "that's nothing more than assumptive bollocks on your part mate."

If we're not both making assumptions, based on the same data, then we're simply interpreting it differently. I didn't use the term 'assumptive bollocks' though, I would have preferred interpretative bollocks. More catchy at least.
